We are there when you can't be
We provide a variety of services to help you protect your property and save you time. We can visit your property regularly off-season to inspect inspect it and make sure all of your systems are in working order. We can also be there to meet contractors for maintenance or check on the house after a storm. We also offer Key-Holder services to be the local contact for your tenants in case of lockout or problems at the property.
We give you the peace of mind to have a local, trusted contact person and provide you with a written report and photos of our findings.
Service Offerings
Monthly or One-Time HomeWatch Visits
A technician will visit your home and do a visual inspection of the exterior condition of the home. The technician will also check to make sure the home is secure (windows and doors) and that the major systems are operational. The technician will provide a complete report as well as photos of findings.
Storm Services
We all know that storms can cause damage to homes. We provide services to visit your home and secure any exterior furniture or items (under 50 lbs.) BEFORE a storm and/or check on the house AFTER a storm passes through to make sure there is no damage to the home.

Maintenance or Repair Visits
Why waste a vacation day or spend your whole day driving to and from your beach house? We can be at your home while you are having maintenance or repairs done to the house. We can meet a contractor and make sure the home is secure when they leave after the work has been done.
Key-Holder Service
We are available as a local contact for your short-term or long-term tenants. We can provide a key for lockout services or be a local contact that can respond to the property when needed.
Customized Service
We are available for other services that you may need. Let us know if there is something you need such as meeting a renter/family member, holding a key for lockout issues, or other problems you may run into. We can help and save you time and money.
